Shipping & Returns
Every piece is printed to order just for you — nothing sits in a warehouse. Here's what to expect.
Processing
Orders are printed within 2–7 business days of purchase. Larger orders and busy seasons can take a little longer.
Shipping
- We currently ship within the United States.
- Standard shipping is a flat $5.99 per order, shown at checkout.
- Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days after your order ships.
- You'll get an email receipt as soon as you order, and a second email with your tracking number when it ships.
Most orders arrive within 5–15 business days of purchase in total.
Returns & exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size — please check the Size Guide before ordering.
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a refund.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your name, order email, and a clear photo of the problem.
- No need to send the item back unless we ask.
Lost or wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it for the cost of shipping. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has gone into production we may not be able to cancel it.
